Note: In most use cases it is absolutely sufficient to use the “Email Address” method. Most of our existing customers have had very good experiences with it and have consistently achieved delivery rates of 100%.

1. Recipient can see that email was sent with PDF Mail Merger?
Depending on the recipient’s email client, they may see a reference to pdfmailmerger.com when they receive your email. With Gmail, for example, it looks like this to the recipient:

For the Email and Domain verification method, we include an unsubscribe footer in each email because the emails are sent from our email servers:

For the SMTP method, the unsubscribe footer is removed.
